This is redickless I'm injured and it closed really
Call the clinic after hours for an on call provider and the answering service never picks up. The recording says the wait time is approximately 1 min. I held on over 20 mins. I also called the after hours clinic and they refused to help and hung up on me. RUDE!!!
I am impressed with this clinic. There was hardly any wait time and I received reminder calls about my test results promptly. They have coffee and snacks and a TV. The bathrooms are clean. The nursing staff is excellent. Thelma Guerrero, FNP-BC is wonderful and so very kind and knowledgeable. She helped me get a Emotional Support Animal referral note.
