I have been looking for a new primary care practice that is closer to home, but unfortunately, this practice doesn't return phone calls. I've called several times to "just" make an appointment and they've taken my information over the phone, but it's been two weeks since my last call and I'm still waiting. If I have to beg, then maybe this isn't the right group to go to. This is a sign of poor management, poor front desk concern and maybe they should not be in business. Just trying to get an appointment was a nightmare. Communication was terrible. Evidently they stopped taking my insurance but never notified me to tell me. So the appointment I waited on for MONTHS was cancelled and I didn't find out until the day before. They put my information in wrong, never called when they said they would, and passed me around. The experience was overall extremely frustrating.
