My mother had a visit with Kellye Grimes PA the Wednesday before her thyroid surgery, which was scheduled for Tuesday. She made a note that next visit was to be a post op following surgery. The day before the surgery the surgeon's office called to cancel because the WellMed office wouldn't give her clearance. They said my Mom never mentioned the surgery during her visit, which is a lie. The providers and staff are very courteous, nice and very helpful. The providers listen to you and respect what you’re saying. Easy to get in for an appt and no long wait time. I would refer patients to this office.
I feel like I'm visiting family when I go to the clinic. Dr. Nguyen is the best and I receive the best care ever from all the staff! The office is professional, courteous, never long hold or wait times, provide excellent instruction on care, answer all my questions and I'm so glad their responsible for my health care needs.
