Everyone was so nice! Took care of everything I needed right there. I was so happy they had a lab there. Nurse partitioner explains things well and got my refills done. Im so happy I switched doctors!! The ladies there do a great job and are so sweet! Thank you ladies!!
Customer service is realy rude and doesn't helps at all. They just want to make you things more difficult. Every of them is giving different informations. I am realy disappointed. They should have more polite and nice people there.
They don’t care about your needs or if you are in pain what they really need to do is learn how to listen to their patients and quit jumping to conclusions about what you think whether they are in pain or not and understand what they’re needing to help them get better. Quit ASSUMING and judging right away.
This facility cares more about payment than patient care, the very reason they exist. If you want to have a PCP that is rarely there and receive an examination from a Nurse Practitioner which is not a doctor, choose this location. Total waste of time. Won’t prescribe any care unless you schedule another appointment no matter how recent plus appointments are hard to get and are stretched out over weeks only to get there and not see a Doctor and even be read your test results by a secretary.
