Doctor Agwal is a Awesome doctor wouldn't change for the world. Listen with compassion, explains with comphension, and calls WHEN I can reach him with concern. The staff for him should be hand picked with those qualities 🫶
My mother was told she could walk in and get seen for back patches, ones her doctor already prescribed a couple months earlier. Upon arrival, she was informed Dr. Mauldin was out and the doctor that was in was “double booked” and couldn’t see her. There was NO ONE in the waiting room and parking lot was empty, NO cars. When we left one car pulled in. Tried uploading a picture of empty lot and waiting room but unable. Not a good way to treat your patients, let alone the elderly.
