The WellMed Keller office has been absolutely incredible for my family! They are so accommodating and work around our hectic schedules regularly. The doctors and practitioners are absolutely amazing, but the heart and soul of this office is the reception staff! Sierra, Zee, and Youlanda know us as soon as we walk in the door and are so kind. I was honestly surprised to see so many 5-star reviews for this practice. Based on my experience, it makes me question how those ratings were earned. I would strongly recommend staying away. I’ve lived in five different states and have had to establish care with multiple doctors over the years. I’m generally healthy, but I recently dealt with kidney stones and had a truly terrible experience here. I had a great experience at WellMed in Keller, and Youlanda was especially helpful. She was friendly, patient, and made the whole process feel easy instead of stressful. She took the time to explain things clearly and made sure everything was handled smoothly. You can tell she genuinely cares about helping people. Definitely appreciated her professionalism and positive attitude.
