I cannot say enough good things about Dr. Jahan, the front desk girls , NP and Miss Sierra Woodard (she has been helping me personally with some insurance issues)!!!! I love their care, excellent CS and their beautiful clean facility.
Ms. Youlanda at the Front Desk is so kind and helpful. She was very attentive, answered all of my questions, and got me taken care of all in the span of 5 or so minutes. Her attitude alone truly made my visit special at this office. The last time I came, I wasnt too pleased with how long everything took and how the staff lacked basic customer service skills, so I was hesitant to return, but she changed my perspective completely!
Professional, caring, pleasant, helpful; can’t say enough good things about the staff. Sierra leads the team at the front and sides an awesome job. She knows all the ins/outs of the practice and can help with any request, whether it be appointments, treatments, or general health questions; if she doesn’t know, she quickly finds out. Highly recommended WellMed at Keller.
The professionalism of the entire team, from the front desk to the clinical staff, is truly outstanding. You are always welcomed with a smile, and the check-in process is smooth and efficient. Pamela is excellent, as always, and the lab team is incredibly kind and attentive — it’s hard to put into words how wonderful they are. All I can say is that WellMed Keller and their staff are exceptional, and I wouldn’t trade them for anything.
Great place for care. I see Pam for my visits always! Jayme, her Medical Assitant always gets me back quickly and makes sure all my needs are taken care of with Pam. Friendly staff and nice clinic!
