As nice as the people and the doctors are in this clinic, the wait is incredible to get an appointment, And I’m one of their patients. The wait is not bad once you are there for your appointment but the wait for an appointment right now is over a month. And what’s amazing is that they won’t make exceptions for emergencies, I called with a medical emergency and they couldn’t get me in so for the second time in a year, I have to visit a walk-in Clinic instead of my own primary care provider.
And just like that, out of the blue after becoming an established patient and a care plan made, they call and tell me that they will no longer accept commercial insurance and only treating medicare plans. WTH? Who does that? It is a clear indicator that they do not care about the patients they have, or had. Extremely disappointed on this assanine move on their part.
Grat staff and really knowledgeable doctors
Excellent service 👍 love the staff and the Dr's are wonderful. Hope they stick around for a while We don't have good Drs around her in Deltona
