This company is an absolute joke. Holly is extremely rude and unprofessional. It all started back in December of 2016 when my well pump died. No other well company would answer me at the time until I called Wellmasters who were prompt and Holly came right out to my house the same day. When she got here she told me right away that the pump system was wrong and old and needed to be replaced. Almost $6000.00 later, we finally had water. We contacted Wellmasters to assess and repair a lake waterline to our cottage. The initial quote seemed reasonable, but when the line was inspected, the number skyrocketed. Eventually the line was replaced and we were getting water once again. It quickly became evident that something was still wrong as the water pressure would decrease and the sediment filters needed to changed every month.
