The front office staff at Ft. Apache is terrible. Terrible customer service (unfortunately this is most doctors’ offices). Prescription was never sent to my pharmacy. I called the after hours service over the weekend to request for the prescription again and still no resolution. No update, no call, no information. After hours service kept asking if my prescription was “urgent” as if it wasn’t I wouldn’t be calling in the first place(?) and proceeded to say that if it’s urgent then the office should have sent the prescription... read more
Staff was great, Dr Abrams was very informative throughout the visit
Dr Shah is the best and has been for the 25 years that I have been one of his patients
