Excellent people and easy access in and out with a semi.
The brokerage through their agent Bill Hanie took 12 months to find a buyer and at a 33 percent discount to the listing price on a Hylas 70. They insisted I bring the boat back from the Mediterranean to Florida as they had a highly qualified existing client wanting a sea trial. The buyer never surfaced and in total only 3 potential leads toured the yacht in 12 months. The ultimate buyer was secured by another broker.
