Updated post 6/14/2019: (DO NOT RENT IN THE BACK AREA, SEVERE FLOODING OCCURS, please ask what area you will be in before signing your lease) It's been 3 months since my roommate and I called Wellington Place our home, we once felt it was a safe environment BUT that was far from the truth.
