I’m never able to reach anyone in the leasing office!! Not only that , no one is never there. How can or do they rent or lease to people when no one is ever there!
They say you approved they tell you to bring in your deposit bringing your rent turn on the lights but they don't want to give you a key and then say oh you wouldn't approved they want you to come back and get your money orders they the worst people ever it's the managers never in the office she's never doing her job they take 6 months to tell you got a proved and then they tell you you don't get approved this is the worst apartment ever would not recommend this to my dog

don't sighn a lease with Wellington place ,they don't take care of you ,they have roaches ,and if something breaks they won't fix it until you bother them over and over again.rent is as much as everywhere else but everything is old and messed up at Wellington!!
