Very bad place clinic I'm going to tv and u u wanna see ok
The receptionists are behind a window with no communication holes/speakers. They speak so quietly and I couldn’t hear a thing she was asking. Then in order for the receptionist to hear me, I had to shout my private medical information for everyone in the lobby to hear, multiple times. Great check in system can’t wait to see what the rest of the experience is like
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience at this medical clinic was so frustrating and disappointing that I feel compelled to share. I had an appointment booked at 12:00 PM with Dr. Anike, and I arrived on time expecting to be seen shortly after. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting over 3 hours, and still was not called in. There was no proper communication from the staff about delays or reasons for the wait, and absolutely no sense of urgency or concern for the patients waiting. Pharmacist was great, don't bother with the clinic. They get two stars because nothing life-threatening happened, but I'd rather go to any other clinic from now on. Booked an appointment through the Restore Medical Clinics system, they said the online system didn't assign a doctor so they had to rebook. A 20min delay turned into 2.5hrs waiting on a single doctor I won't name. When I finally got in, he was a bit pushy for a treatment I hadn't asked for.
