Lots of issues with Weed Smell in the hallways, and residents proping doors open while I lived here. Submitted multiple maintenance requests, for them to come in and not fix my complaints. My partner and I are glad to be out of here. Also, Dog poop in the yards everywhere.
Wellington was flexible when I moved in, but that changed as we lived there. Just little communication from the front office, and unable to respond when I tried to talk about some of the charges after moving out. I really just wanted to talk about it, but it was easier to just pay and move on. Really disappointed too, because I thought they were decent people. Hopefully things change in the future, but I would not recommend this place to anyone.
The property manager is wonderful and helpful. She will go the extra mile for you if you communicate with her. The apartments themselves are to be desired. Complaints of a broken stove, broken dishwasher, and broken blinds were filed and we were told they aren’t necessary to be fixed because “the stove has two working burners still and there is a sink to wash dishes. Amazing location! Nice and quiet. Nobody really bothers you. Clean. Apartment is absolutely amazing. The property manager is so easy to talk to and work with. Had a great experience with moving in with absolutely no issues at all. Would recommend moving in here.
I've lived here for over a year. The move in process was simple, and pleasant. The unit was newly remodeled and clean. Eleanore is responsive and takes pride in making sure her tenants' needs are addressed quickly. Very satisfied with the quality of life here, can't beat it for the price point.
