During my almost three-year tenancy, I have consistently had positive experiences at this apartment complex, ranking it as my preferred residence among all the places I have lived in Jacksonville. It is very affordable. The staff members are consistently courteous, friendly, and eager to assist. The apartments are well-maintained and offer a pleasant view of the surrounding restaurants and other establishments from my balcony. Leasing manager is extremely rude and unprofessional. She manages Emmerdale, as well but refused to give me her name when I called to complain about how she treated me. I’ve never been treated more awful by a person who is supposed to be a professional. Feel free to read my post on the other apartments, as it explains more. She stereotyped me completely not knowing my situation or circumstances at all. Oh, and she does have a boss, so I’ll take care of my situation for sure. Its in a nice location for my mother to live. Its close to every place that she needs to get to.
Leasing office extremely rude. Unprofessional if you work for a delivery service be prepared to deal with this type of behavior when leaving food at office when gates are closed. Oh and you’re assumed to know they can open gates for you if you come in and ask. At that point anyone can request the gates to be open for entry which what is the point of the gates?
