I love it here. It's in a great location from downtown, Fort Jackson and Northeast Columbia. My daughter attends USC so it's not far for her to travel back and forth from classes since she lives at home. Very quiet, comfortable clean living and the apartments are gorgeous! The only issues I have are no ceiling fans in the bedrooms and no play area for the small children. Other than that we have a great staff and maintenance team who are constantly maintaining high standards for its tenants. Life is good at Wellington Farms.

Friendly staff, quick maintenance, nice apartment.
Visited a friend there. Ceilings and walls are super thin. The apartments are nice but from what I can tell with my friend's situation if you have a problem management ignores your concerns but suddenly takes more interest when you are ready to move out. It's all business, no human; as long as rent is paid they don't care whether you have apartment issues or not...
