If they do, they are quiet for fear of retaliation. Drug deals, garbage, break ins, homeless traffic, domestic violence, vehicles and power tools consistently for months all hours of the night. The manager does not take action. No action no matter how many times long time residents or neighbors make complaints or raise concerns.... read more
