This place is a joke, they buy mobile homes and place them on over priced lots for double what they paid for them. The owner of Wellington also owns the financial company they pigeon hole you into using and also the sewer and water. This is honestly the worst mistake you will ever make. The interest rates are front loaded and they are betting on you not to finish paying so they can do it to the next victim.

My car has been broken into several times, I had $1000 stolen out of my driveway, someone has tried to break into my house twice when I was home alone, I’ve had several packages stolen off my porch, my neighbors have had lawn equipment stolen. I have called and begged for cameras on our street for 2 years and nothing, but they have no problem jacking the lot rent every 6 months or taking a ridiculous 9.7% interest rate but not able to install extra for cameras. RecommendedI have been living in Wellington 2 years now and I am very pleased with the community. Maintenance is there for you if you need them and they have references for anything else you may need. I very happy.
The owner who also owns the only mortgage company you are able to go through, is a biggot!! He likes only the Hispanics and pedophiles and drug dealers.... He pays off judges and takes people's homes and resells them as "new" when you finally get to move in to the place you find out that you are not the 1st owners and 98% have cockroaches and bed bugs before you even move in. And seeing you are buying a house it's all on you to get the infestations out.. when I get done with him I'll own this place
I have live in Wellington for six years , I enjoy living here , They do A Great Job here to make it like home 😁
