The apartment complex in general is great, and we have lived here six years I think and there have only been a couple of negative experiences over the past two years. It's just smaller things that have been a struggle for me. One was that rent prices keep going up and water is no longer included. The second was the need to have my kitchen upgraded with new appliances and cabinets. The apartment complex in general is great, but there have been some negative experiences over the past two years. One was that they stopped including water and they don't have a good system to prorate so my water bill is extremely and might be the same as someone with six people. My daughter lives in a 3 bedroom house with four people and her water bill is lower. The second issue is that 2 years ago my rent was increased $250/month which was hard to swallow.
