Wellhouse massage is the absolute best experience I’ve ever had. What separates Wellhouse massage is her attention to detail. From the smell, warmth of her office, and precision in massage techniques are superior above all else. I had a serious neck injury from jiu jitsu and Lydia was able to help manage the pain before and after surgery. To sum up my massage it was like being cuddled by a thousand golden retriever puppies.

I've been seeing Lydia for regular deep tissue massages for several years now. She balances a spa-like, relaxing atmosphere with highly therapeutic work, especially if you are someone who is active or athletic. Lydia is always learning and brings updated, comprehensive care to every session. She's a truly caring, intuitive, and skilled massage therapist who is able to tailor each massage for what your mind and/or body might need that day, and I always leave feeling relaxed and fully recovered.

Lydia is a skilled massage therapist who listens to what areas are bothering you and then works on those aches and pains. Unlike other massage therapists I have tried, I know I can walk in and tell her my neck is bothering me and she will focus on that area. I never hesitate to recommend her to others and highly suggest gift certificates for her services make the best gifts!!

I absolutely love everything about Wellhouse Massage. Lydia puts a lot of care into making each visit relaxing and restorative. Instead of a one-size-fits-all approach, there’s a real focus on listening and tailoring the session to what my body needs that day. I always leave feeling lighter, relaxed, and rebalanced. My main goals have been to reduce muscle tightness and manage stress, and I can honestly say those goals have been met and exceeded.

Could not recommend enough, especially for the price. Lydia delivers high quality care and for a range of needs. I've seen her throughout 3 pregnancies and then through 2 seasons of half marathon training. She is equipped and provides excellent care in all kinds of needs my body has.
