As a first timer, I made the mistake of trying to compare this place to other gyms, but it really is in a league of its own. It’s super friendly for beginners, and the workout is such a good mix of HIIT, cardio, strength, and boxing. My favorite part was that every exercise has a video tutorial playing in front of you, so if you’re new to the equipment or movement, you can just look up and follow along.
