Terrible customer service, cannot seem to get anything straight or correct. Need a referral for everything but they tell you it is not an HMO. Rumor has it that there are a lot of people and doctors having problems ever since WellHealth took over.

Terrible customer service. asked to speak to a supervisor and I was put on hold for ten minutes then told that the person is unavailable. I could then copy his email to write him. This was after I explained my situation and that I am in a medical situation. The customer service rep was unable to assist me with finding out information and countinued to transfer me to a department that then told me to contact her department.
