Avoid Avoid avoid. I had a terrible experience when I went here for specific issue they assured me it was covered under my insurance and talked me into a full health check that they said was covered. Months later I get surprise bills for thousands and on speaking to my insurance company said that particular test was not covered along With the other tests and that they know better and it’s illegal to bill for so many things in one visit. Very rude!! I called to ask about a test, once they answered I told them I’m calling to ask about a CPR test. They placed my on hold without letting me know then they hung up on me.

I went for covid test and covid booster shot. They don’t have walk-in according to the people in the front. I approached them to talk, they asked me to wait in the cR. I waited for 15 minutes, no one showed up while they know I am waiting to talk to them. The 2 guys at the front of their 8501 WADE BLVD location was on the phone but didn’t care to talk to us. I left after waiting for 15 minutes

I had an appointment time at 4pm for a covid test, so I showed up around then and got in line. After about 20 min of waiting I got told that they actually close at 4 and my appointment time did not matter! Why are they letting people schedule appointments for times when they are actually closed???? I scheduled this appointment 4 days before and there was no way to find another test anywhere else.
