Great doctor & care about his patients!
Dr. Minigutti is hands on and absolutely professional. If you want a doctor who actually treats each patient according to their needs, spends time with them to know them- this is where you need to be. The entire office (both offices actually) know what they are doing and work hard to treat everyone well. Thank you so much for treating our family according to their needs. (my in-laws and my parents are now patients of Minigutti)
Things started out well with the doctor. Then I could never get his nurse to call me back to assist me. I left messages at the required times. I asked for help three times and I never got a call back. Terrible office bedside manner. Processes need to be reviewed. I am not giving an opinion about the doctor because I only saw him once communication needs to be improved in this office.
There's not enough stars in the universe I could give Mr. Minigutti.
