West Frisco Health & Wellness / Andrew Minigutti, MD [Skip to the end for the most relevant information] I’ve had consistently good experiences with the doctors at West Frisco Health & Wellness—they’re attentive, thorough, and I feel like I get high-quality medical care when I’m in the exam room. Unfortunately, the administrative side of the practice hasn’t matched that experience, especially around prescription refills. It's never fun to go to a doctor's appointment, but, when it's necessary, Dr. Baker and Dr. Minigutti are awesome.

Dr Minigutti is a great doctor but his staff is the absolute worst. Disabled veteran 100% total and permanent. My Disabilities were getting worse limiting my physical limitations severely. I then suffered more injuries, lost part of my memory, finally remembered him as my doctor and called many times to speak with him. His staff refused, refused to allow me to speak with him. It was a medical emergency My spine was injured and my arms. Picking up a phone/typing/texting already caused me great pain they added even more to the... read more

However, at this point we are likely going to do so. My parents call, they leave messages, they put in requests… no response. If at this point their daughter who lives in another city is having to reach out, the clinic is failing its patients with communication and care, especially for patients that... read more

I recently went to see the doctor. The lady at the front was nice, but I felt the FNP was just there to sell me products. For every question I had, she responded that it was because of low Vitamin D or Vitamin B. She kept highlighting a paper listing all the items they have for sale in the office. I felt insulted, especially since a previous FNP gave me prescription meds, but this one wanted me to use all their supplement products. I left feeling very upset since a lot of their supplement cost $45. but when you go to another... read more
