Lived here for awhile & the experience wasn't the best. Pros: Spacious apts with some utilities included, assigned parking space, & well-kept grounds. Welcoming office staff but ensure to keep all documentation to cover your tracks. Affordable rents. Cons: Complex is overrun with large roaches(waterbugs) that no matter what you do they will continue to be inside your unit. Wellesley Woods Apartment’s staff is very welcoming and do their best to make it easy for their guest to come and view the apartments and put in their application. The staff and residents keep the complex very clean and quiet. This apartment complex is in the middle of the city that is quietly tucked away. The staff is respectful and makes it very comfortable living here. It is affordable along with free water and full size washer and dryer hookups in every apartment. Behind one of the buildings there has been someone from the top floor throwing there trash down into the bushes they have been complaints and nothing has been done it's been months so if they don't care about that they don't care about you
