I had an excellent experience working with John Imparato when looking for a new car! John was able to explain the details of the Prius to me in words that made sense to a non-dealer. He communicated clearly about timeline for the availability of the car, and John contacted me quickly when the car arrived. Came in on a whim last year while driving by the dealership on a Saturday and ended up being assisted by John Imparato. He took me on a test drive of a stunning new Tacoma and went over all the changes that have been made since I bought mine. I’ve never had a better or smoother car leasing experience! So grateful that we got to work with Alens! In the past, starting a new lease as well as dealing with a trade in has been a rather stressful and very drawn out experience. As the sales representative, Victor was knowledgeable and friendly. Wellesley Toyota is a relaxed and not a pressured environment to make a car deal. Mark, who negotiated all the sale paperwork, was very kind and thoughtful, and I noticed that he fully included my wife in our conversation by directing comments to her and valuing her presence in a very egalitarian and non-sexist way. And we made a deal in a speedy way. I had bought a previous Prius here, and as a return customer, I'm glad I chose Wellesley Toyota.
