Absolutely horrible experience. To begin with, they lied about car condition. Just after delivery I found horrible scratches on the inside. And that was brand new vehicle with 6 miles on it. When contacted, I was told oh well, papers signed, nothing we can do. You own it now. I have prepaid service contract. When time and milage came, I asked if transmission service was included.
