John went over and above to not only meet our needs for a new 2023 RAV4 Hybrid but came up with a number of ways to solve minor issues that happen when purchasing a new car. He also took over an hour to explain clearly all the features of the car and, most important, installed the Toyota app on my wife's phone. He then linked it to the car's Bluetooth.
