Just one complaint -- I bought my new Sequoia over 2 months (April 24, 2024) ago but it was missing the second (spare) key. I was told the spare key would arrive within a few weeks. It's now been 10 weeks and I still don't have my second key. Also, the driver's power seat needs a new circuit (or something) so that the knee support works. That has not happened yet, either. John was so pleasant to work with and helped my husband and I purchase a new Grand Highlander. The process was seamless and they gave us a very fair deal. A breath of fresh air when buying a car can sometimes be such a hassle!
