From what I gather, the clubhouse has never been finished and turned over for use at site vacant with no gym as stated in contract. There is a high level of concern that this building will never be available for use and has been “in the works” for over four years? This was sold as an amenities community now charging $130 per month or $1,560 per year for use of only a pool? Mungo homes is selling the cheapest built houses at the premium prices using the market situation. In order to get stuff done properly you need to spend a lot of time at the construction site, take pictures and point everything out to the engineers that accept poor quality work. Once you move in and find even more stuff, Yvonne, the warranty person, is super fast to tell you it's not Mungo problem and you should read warranty manual. To get anything fixed it takes a scandal and a visit of 5 people to inspect the poor quality... read more
