This practice makes going to the dentist a pleasant experience. The office is clean and well appointed. The warm reception they give every client makes the time spent there as good as one could ever hope for. The staff answers questions with thoughtful answers and if the need to get additional information they always follow up. I had an appointment for a regular cleaning today. The dental hygienist was very professional and did a very thorough cleaning. Dr. Moscowitz then came in to examine and gave her usual great advice as to my ongoing dental care.

When arriving for my, perhaps 20th cleaning appointment with this business practice, the location was at a new and expanding facility. I was introduced to a relatively new employee to perform the work. Thru the years on my bi annual cleaning visits, I have met several. It is no matter. They have all been clones of efficiency and professionalism, and all have greeted me with a sincere smile and pleasant demeanor. I live in downtown Boston, so it’s a pain to get to this dentist. In spite of that, I choose to go year in and year out because the quality of denistry—both in terms of the medical aspect, the bedside manner, and the Cleanings—can’t be matched. Keep it up.

We love the family dental, the team so much. Our girls have been enjoying the visit just like me. They really have been doing thire best for their visiters all the time.
