Everyone who is saying Jennifer went MIA must not know that she passed away more than a year ago. Jennifer would never abandon her patients, she loved and cared for EVERY SINGLE ONE of them. These reviews really shows you the ugly in people, don’t just go assuming things and spreading LIES about my mother. Let her soul rest in peace, it’s the least all of you could do after she devoted her work and most of her time to her patients. (I would know I was the receptionist)

When I first started seeing Jennifer it was great. She listened to problems/concerns I was having and I felt as though she really took the time to find the best solution for me. After a few months of seeing her, she started sharing very personal (and not relevant) information going on in her life that made me feel uncomfortable. As a provider and patient relationship, I think she certainly crossed a major boundary. This provider is a nurse practitioner (PMHNP). My edit to change the title to include the provider’s credentials was rejected.

Run. FAST. Dr Johnson is fine when she shows up, but several of our appointments she just didn't show up to (we met virtually). She doesn't answer the phone, doesn't reply to emails. Communication is non-existent, refills don't always get sent to the pharmacy. Do not recommend.

Horrific experience - no shows, no call backs, a bills for sessions that never happened,. Single worst experience I have ever had with a provider.
