I am really having a hard time finding a quality veterinarian into the area after moving from Cypress. The ratings were good so I picked this place to book an appointment. I showed up for my appointment at 8am and the Dr won’t be here until 10am. Update: thanks for calling and refunding the required deposit. I can appreciate that the vet was sick however you should have a means for someone to access to database and call those patients before the drive 30 mins to come for the visit. Excellent service and care for your pets! My cat was sick and I was able to bring her in right away. The doctor is very kind and reassuring, and the prices are reasonable. Thank you Dr. Sadheora and staff!
It is so hard to find a veterinarian that makes you feel comfortable and genuinely cares about your pet. From the first moment, I knew my new puppy would be well taken care of and everyone was so thoughtful and accommodating. We have found our vet! Thank you WellCare!
Only one person is friendly at the front desk but I didn't get her name but everyone else just look no acknowledgement at all
