My sister receives services from this company and the caretakers are terrible. Dr Lloyd is the owner and he tries to accommodate, but I think they are under staffed. The caregivers do not dress appropriately and they abuse the clients. One particular caregiver cursed my sister and through trash through her apartment and left her there alone. This was totally wrong. Please do not use this company for your loved one. I wish I could've put zero stars. The company changed their name from 1st line home care medical services.
