This is a terrible facility my mom has asked for a shower for seven days two weeks in a row and they never assist her with one. She can take a shower on her own but she cannot get in or out of the shower without a risk of falling. Every day they say they’re going to give her a shower and then they tell her the afternoon staff or the weekend staff will give her a shower. It is so sad to think that you go to a rehabilitation center to get better and they don’t even help you with a shower how disgusting.
