Took my high mileage A4 Avant B8 to this shop due to some oil leak and safety checks, Osman took care of it and told me what I have to replace to pass safety. Wish they did safety themselves as I have to take it to another shop. Great experience dealing with them. They won't try to upsell and use only genuine OEM products. I would recommend them for Audi/VW owners. I wish I found this shop when I had my Passat and Golf. I could have avoided the dealership.
Had my Q5 serviced there. Changed spark plugs and a regular maintenance. Swift service, amazing quality and very very friendly people who know these VW/Audis very well. Will stick with them for a while now
I can't recommend this place highly enough! I went in suspecting I needed a heater core replaced (an expensive repair on my Audi), but Osman saved the day. He immediately noted that it wasn't a common issue for my model, and sure enough, his diagnosis confirmed it was actually a much smaller, cheaper problem. You can tell they truly specialize in these cars—the lot was packed with other Audis and Volkswagens. My heat is working perfectly again, and I really appreciate the honesty and expertise.
These guys are great. Honest and reliable. They always offer an inexpensive way to do the work that needs to be done if possible. They know vw's very well.
