This secretary should never work in this industry so unprofessional doesn't know how to deal with people talks like she's serving you a drink with calling people HUN!!!! MY wife went in for an appointment she got up from behind the desk to start rubbing her hands up and down my wife arm saying how much she loves her tattoos called 10 days after her appointment to get results to only be told that she's on the call back list don't know what happened get rid of her !!!!
Just arrived for an appointment, the office is locked, lights off, no notice. I didn't realize until now that they didn't call me ahead to confirm my appointment. However, I have a card with my appointment time and date issued by them. Oh, and when I called the inbox is full. We have an infant and on multiple occasions I've tried to call for issues I wanted support with, the phone is never answered. I don't feel supported especially with an infant. Dropped down to 1 star.
Dr Famro deserves 5 stars because she treats me like a human being and listens to the new symptoms that come up (as well as Dr Claudius) that I am dealing with for example; my stomach pain and my other vitamin/other more personal issues, but I am putting one because of the nurse practitioner (she deserves zero) for the past almost year it's just been doctor Famro and I loved being seen by her but.. its like I never see her unless it's important now. The NP that works here may be the rudest person I have ever come across in the medical field. I originally went in for symptoms that resembled histamine/MCAS and was basically told I was dumb and it was “clearly not” that. It runs in my family and all I did was ask a simple question. She also continued to shut down ANY question I had by laughing and scoffing and saying that it’s just “that simple”.
