I don’t think I will ever get used to what the doctor-patient relationship has become. Before my doctor retired, when I called my family doctor’s office, I knew I would see my doctor. This secretary should never work in this industry so unprofessional doesn't know how to deal with people talks like she's serving you a drink with calling people HUN!!!! MY wife went in for an appointment she got up from behind the desk to start rubbing her hands up and down my wife arm saying how much she loves her tattoos called 10 days after her appointment to get results to only be told that she's on the call back list don't know what happened get rid of her !!!!
