Excellent doctor! Dr. Famro is very attentive and listens. She answers all my questions and is very informative. She is a welcoming, fantastic doctor! I've recommended her to my mother and my sister in law, they also love her! Val is always kind and helpful.
Welland mommy looking for good and thoughtful care for you + your little ones? Go elsewhere. Famro will overbook as you can see from other reviews and she diverts as much as she can to her assistant. Visited this place 5 times - wait times averaged 1:35 mins (minimum 45 minutes) Complete disregard for urgency and whether she's your family doc or not. Once they get that health card, they're happy to confirm that appointment. Angela - receptionist is not at all friendly
Dr Famro is a nice doctor, however, she overbooks, wait times are ridiculous last appointment I waited over an hour to see her, I don’t like how she sees my daughter and I at the same time, my daughter wants to speak privately with her we were told “I’m too busy at the moment make another appointment “ my daughter is happy with this service, I think it’s time for a new doctor
