The NP that works here may be the rudest person I have ever come across in the medical field. I originally went in for symptoms that resembled histamine/MCAS and was basically told I was dumb and it was “clearly not” that. It runs in my family and all I did was ask a simple question. She also continued to shut down ANY question I had by laughing and scoffing and saying that it’s just “that simple”. Very pushy about filling prescriptions at their pharmacy. It made me uncomfortable, and patients should feel free to choose their own pharmacy.
Horrible receptionist! Extremely rude! Giving this doctor a bad reputation before even seeing her. Should be fired the way she verbally conducts herself towards patients in need of care.
