** NOTE: This is the former Ontario Street Medical Clinic that moved from 318 Ontario Street. Same staff, phone number, and good service. ** Excellent clinic. They're always available when my doctor is not, with friendly and knowledgeable doctors.
I really enjoyed the service at this clinic while it was open, until now. I have been waiting MONTHS for a call back from my referral to a psychiatrist via this clinic. I just found out, they never sent it in!!! And am told that if I send in a referral now I wont get booked until MID MARCH!!!! This is GROSS malpractice
Absolutely unprofessional the walk-in clinic is not open you are redirected to glenridge when calling the phone number you are put on hold for 20mins and no one answers. When booking an appointment online there is no confirmation and no one gets ahold of you. There is absolutely nothing about this on their website nothing stating the clinic is closed and nothing stated about being redirected absolutely lazy people
