Ooooof I feel bad for this one but this is genuinely how I felt after my experience. I called after a massive trauma had transpired in my life. When I called the doctor was very kind and answered the phone himself, no receptionist. He was kind and sent me an email to fill out paperwork and said he would run it through and call me back to schedule.
