The staff at Well Space Health are friendly and welcoming, and the doctors are professional and attentive. My experience inside the clinic was positive overall. However, parking is very difficult in this neighborhood, so I recommend going early to allow extra time to find a spot.
It's going to be a year in May and I still haven't received my results from my retinal eye exam. I've called, left messages, or they send a message over for me, and they tell me that's basically all they can do. Sometimes I would be told they will transfer me to the main department to leave a message there and I get sent back to the main menu.. Maybe that is all they can do from their end.. if it is then I appreciate it, but why would Wellspace offer services that cannot be met?
Rowan baird . Its just rude!!!!!my appoinment was for 310 she called 4 40 with an actitud! Denied me from my medications that i been taking for many years without any issue! This lady need to be fired! Asap
The person who called me back talked so disrespectful and unprofessional! I wanted to make an appointment for my newborn baby but I’ll gonna cancel it! The front desk guys are the face of the clinic and it showed up to be ugly!
