Somehow, they scheduled a duplicate appointment for a different date and way too far from my home, and were convincing me i had to attend both appointments.
I recently switched over from Sacramento community clinic to WellSpace health it took 2 months for me to get a new patient appointment even though I was recently diagnosed with diabetes and extremely elevated triglycerides. The nurse practitioner that was assigned to me named Kaitlyn has by far been the worst "medical professional" I've seen or worked with.
