Disorganized and lacking service! I scheduled a massage and nails for my wife weeks ahead of time for her birthday and was sure to discuss how to schedule so there wouldn’t be a lot of downtime. They failed miserably!!! FOUR HOURS!!! and I’m still waiting for them to finish her nails. I expected much better from the spa attached to the Pfister. Take your money and time elsewhere!

My daughter treated me to a relaxation massage and foot reflexology session. Heather gave me such a wonderful experience. Her hands are expert and she is very attentive as she works with you! I am 100% satisfied and highly recommend the Well Spa!
Do not recommend for weddings. All of our hair was awful. Flat, dull, no style. All the pins out of the brides hair fell out!! Paid for a wash and style but they were running behind so they didn’t wash my hair. Run away and go somewhere else.
It was the most relaxing thing I have done in years.
I went here for my engagement picture makeup, bridal trial, and wedding day hair and makeup and the experience and customer service was amazing! Jordyn did my hair and it look amazing! Michelle did my makeup and made me feel my absolute best! They were both so personable and professional at the same time. :) who doesn’t love a couple mimosas while you’re getting everything done as well ;)

the message was amazing i felt 100 percent better afterwards. great customer service, they treat you so nice. . all kind of drinks n snacks. never a rush to complete the job, all kinds of services to offer you. Great job, great place.
