The nursing staff was great but the physical therapy was very, very lacking. The whole reason why you go to a "rehab" facility is to get back on your feet. They worked with my mom maybe, and this is being generous, 30 mins a day, once a day. For that kind of money I would think at the very least, 2 times a day for rehab. My mom is there currently. June 2025. I’ve been sending her door dash meals because I live out of state and delivery is my only way to help. The food there is horrible. They have NO gluten free option. She can’t have any pasta or bread and everything is fried or a sandwich. The vegetables she gets are from a can and in tiny cups. Cleanest and nicest SNF I’ve ever experienced
The worst experience here. I’m shocked they are even allowed to take in patients. Please consider taking yourself or family member anywhere but here. My mother arrived on a Thursday evening. The first visit from the CNA for that night informed us right away that she was the only one working the entire floor and if my mother buzzed her, she was gonna have to just wait or just get up and do it by herself if she needs to go to bathroom etc. The very next morning, I called to check on her and she had not received breakfast, I ca... read more
