People i would like to make you aware this facility used to be a great place it may look nice and have some extra style and environment then most other skilled nursing/rehabilitation facilities are but if you set up a payment plan like my mother did and several months later thay will start calling and threatening her maliciously because thay would like the money faster now than what can be helped the people are worse than a collection agency and the threatening of a 70 year old disability patient is completely unacceptable,u... read more

I can't say enough about how great this place is. This facility is impressive. The rooms are all private and very spacious. The therapy gym is gorgeous and large. And the staff were very caring and helpful. Melissa, the nursing director, helped answer our questions and make us feel at ease with our mom needing to be here for physical therapy. Would recommend if you are in need of skilled nursing care.

For short-term rehabilitation in Knoxville, this facility is unmatched. With a recent change in ownership, it's only improving. The state-of-the-art equipment and gorgeous indoor and outdoor spaces are impressive, but it's the genuine and caring team that truly makes the difference. Highly recommended!

I had the best experience with my loved one at WellPark!! She loved the private room they put her in! The staff was super friendly to not only the patients, but also the family members. She said her meals were super yummy, as well. The therapy team there at WellPark is superb!! They had mom back on her feet in no time!! I couldn’t recommend WellPark enough! Five stars to the facility and the entire staff!!
