I’ve been looking for a new massage place in Matthews for a while now and I was not disappointed. It has a nice, calming atmosphere and I had the best massage in years, feeling very relaxed when it was done. I will definitely be back.
I woke up with a terrible pain in my shoulder that went down my arm, so I scheduled a massage to see if it would help with the pain. Wendy Jo did an awesome job! She used CBD oil, hot stones, hot towels, and stretching with the massage. The pain has almost completely subsided. It's amazing. It's like night and day. I highly recommend Wendy Jo for whatever your massage needs are. She has so many options to choose from. I'll be going back for sure.
I just had the most relaxing massage with well minded massage. I was so relaxed the massage seemed to go on forever. Great pressure and technique. Her place is easy to find in Mathews and the space is very neat and calming! Thank you so much Well Minded I will be back!
