I cannot recommend this office. I just canceled my "membership" because I could no longer justify $30 mo for the *privilege* to pay a co-pay to see Kate when she's only in the AMA office 4 days a month. That's not access, that's a scam. Televisits are not covered by insurance, but they scheduled them anyway, even after I requested them not to, then tried to charge me anyway. I see Alexis Wright as my GP for about 10 years. Very likable, very professional. Genuinely has care and concern. It’s been a pleasure to have her as my dr. Can’t say that about most of them.

Cody and his staff are very accommodating to my health needs. Well Life has many things to offer for health needs. Highly recommend them.

On Monday 3/30/26 went to Well Life FM to purchase the OsteoPrime Ultra tablets and the desk girl said it is $35.00. But, I the price on the bottle was marked as $34.00. I showed her the bottle and she was dry and firm the price is $35.00 and no apology for the error. I said to her, you need to change the price on the bottle before the next sale. Business practices ???? Disappointed

I’m so grateful for the care of Kate & Cody for my family. I appreciate their kindness, and support in our well being! They both listen to every concern and help with getting to the root of the issue. I also appreciate Ashley at the front desk, she really remembers every patient 😊
