These people don’t care one bit. Very nonchalant attitudes and they never answer the phone either. Half the time they aren’t even in the building to service anyone. When you say your closed from 11:30 to 12:30 that’s 11:30 to 12:30. Not 12:45 or later. People have things to do other than wait on you to do your job.
I was told the wait would only be a few minutes and ended up waiting for over an hour.
