Waited 4 hours to be seen. Had flu swab. Takes 10 minutes for results. Had to wait 30 minutes in the room for results. Was better off going to ER at LeConte.

RecommendedWe were in Tennessee on vacation. My daughter, Chloe, had a congested chest & cough. We stopped into Well Key urgent care. The waiting room was flooded with people. We were in & out within an hour. The nurse & doctor were very nice. There is a pharmacy right next door, we picked up her antibiotic and she enjoyed the rest of her trip! Thank you Well-Key!!
