Waited almost 2 hours to receive a text to let me know my 3 kids could come in and sit in the waiting room to be seen which I never received until after I decided to go home and pulled in my driveway. There was only 2 people in front of me in line so an hour and a half wait should have been plenty sufficient. I been feeling so bad because I had a fever 102 and I been waiting 2,5 hours. I though little more and I will faint and I left that place. When I got home my fever was already 103. So, at this clinic wrong registration system. If you didn’t pre registration you will never get chance to go inside and get helped. It’s a shame! These people totally forgot about Hippocratic Oath!
They did NOT help my child with a very simple earring issue. Rather than offering a numbing shot, they used ice. They didn’t “want to get needles involved.” After being held down on the table for 45 minutes, my young teenager was traumatized!!! The embedded cartilage piercing was never retrieved.
If you need to get tested here for coronavirus, don’t even think about it. Tomorrow will make an entire week since my husband got tested and they still don’t have an answer for him. He’s called the past 2 days to be told I don’t see anything, let me check with the lab and I’ll call you back. He would have gone to the health department but they weren’t testing at the time he needed to. If you want to get tested here be prepared to wait for a week.
I would absolutely NEVER recommend this place ever!! They have you “reserve “ your place in line early in the day & when you show up you wait for hours. When they finally text you that they are ready for you-you sit for over an hour waiting-while people who were texted after you get called back. Absolute crap. Go somewhere else!
Place is a joke!!! Set up online appointment to avoid waiting around. Arrive 15 min early , received a call 10 min after my scheduled appointment asking if I was in parking lot. YES , arrived early like I was told. Had been over an hour now and nothing!!! Why make people that are already sick and not feeling well, sit in a car for a ridiculous amount of time. Covid test was a week ago. They claim tests are coming back in 2 days. Still no results. They seem surprised when I call but can't give me an answer. They transfer me to a voice mail. No one ever calls back.

Terrible service. It says on their call back that if you call before 5p.m. On the given day you WILL receive a call back. Joke we had to call for two days. Then when I called back the lady answers and said they are busy at 8 as soon as they opened I understand you can be busy but for no one to answer. Nor call us back. Then when I get someone she said oh is she still on the line I hope not I hope I hung up on her. Seriously.... way to be professional.
