They get you in and out and find out what is wrong and anything else that needs to be done .all of the staff was nice and sweet will use again when needed

The Staff Was Nice. I Went In Because I Felt Like Crap And I Knew Something Was Wrong. Well They Told Me I Was Fine Didn’t Really Seem To Concerned And Sent Me On My Way. I Told Them My Chest Was Hurting And I Have Been Coughing Non Stop They Told Me I Looked Fine. And Then They Did An EKG Because Of My Chest Pains And It Was Fine.Didn’t Bother To Even Check Me For The Flu Or Anything Else. Well Today Still Feeling Like Crap I Went To See My Doctor And I Have Bronchitis And A Little Walking Phenomena! My Doctor Called Me In ... read more
I think my visit to this clinic was superb. You feel welcomed and cared for from the minute you walk in the facility. The front desk is very friendly and attentive. The nurses and doctor were very friendly, efficient and explain things thoroughly. I felt well taken care of.
My son cut his hand... we are from out of state and the ER wait was going to be extremely long at Blount ER. Found these sweet, caring, friendly people and we were taken in quickly. They staff was amazing! The receptionist, Casey,was so kind and gave me directions over the phone. The N.P. was so gentle taking the bandages off that we put on in the woods. The doctor explained everything she was doing and was so patient while stitching my son up. I can't thank you ladies enough!

Went by to have an injured finger x-rayed... was greeted warmly, got in quickly and luckily had no broken bone!
Girls at the front were OK. The check in nurse was non shalant. The doctor was nice, but randomly prescribed two scripts, and didn't research what I had very good. When I got home I researched more and learned what I had - it wasn't busy so I wish they would have helped more. One of the scripts made me want to crawl out of my skin. Only took one. Waste of time and money.
