:( Trying to book a test for more than 40 minutes. The website doesn’t work, and they redirected me to a phone line where it says there are 43 people ahead of me, with an estimated wait time of 15 minutes. This is just to book a test.
Absolutely terrible experience. I had an appointment booked for today after waiting for several months, and I received absolutely NO confirmation text message, and no communication at all from the clinic. I called multiple times to ask about my appointment and nobody answered the phone. The receptionist is extremely unprofessional and rude. Booking or cancelling appointments with this clinic is a nightmare.
Just be aware: Even if you have booked an appointment online this is still a walk-in. The booking only gives you higher priority in the queue. It is NOT a set appointment. If you go in knowing that, this clinic is perfectly fine. Reception are nice people too. I think all they have to do is be more forthcoming about their system and there wouldn’t be so many bad reviews.
Went to 3 Charles St location as a walk-in....registered....then was shown into a patient room...waited 15 minutes ...no doctor....then I get a text from teception...that my appt is for 2:20 pm....I was shown into room just before 1:15 pm...the texr was bizarre...it said that I would be charged $59 if I was a Mo Show....wow ...I am in the office ....waiting... they expected me to wait an hour and 5 ni minutes for the docur to come to my patient room.
