Service was great! Dr Muncey was wonderful!
This clinic was my beginning of a nightmare. I brought My 13 year old daughter to here to see the Doctor for check head injury, but Dr. Janjua talked to my daughter in a private room and after told me my daughter had depression, did not explain to me anything about the symptoms and how to do. Just hand me a prescription. I worries about the long term medical effects, Dr.Janjua said he was taking this medication when he was in high school. I requested to do exam for my daughter’s head. Not sure the reason for all the bad reviews. Dr.Muncey is great and the front staff are efficient. I can get in faster than I ever could with my family doctor. Never had an issue here.
The worst receptionist experience I’ve had at this clinic. The receptionist was unprofessional, unhelpful, and had rude attitude. It made the whole visit uncomfortable. Definitely not the kind of experience you expect from a clinic. First impressions matter, this experience made me not to return.
